Mirzadi Sebrina as Additional Director General of Health

 The government has appointed Mirzadi Sebrina, director of the Institute of Pathology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR), as additional director general (planning and development) of the health department. The Health Services Department of the Ministry of Health has issued a notification in this regard on Thursday.

However, Professor Mirzadi has been given the current responsibility of Additional Director General. Professor Mirzadi used to give news briefings after the onset of coronavirus infection. He has been in talks ever since. Later, however, Additional Sultana Nasima Sultana of the Health Department would announce the health bulletin. However, the bulletin has been closed since Wednesday.
