He is being paid more than double for that. It is learned that Anand wanted a big superstar as a guest artist in this film. So Anand first proposed to Hrithik Roshan for this character. But for some reason Hrithik could not do the film. He then proposed to national award winner Akshay Kumar and he agreed. Because, Akshay respects Anand very much.
