Although the drug controller General of India (DCGI) has given clearance for the production of the drug, it is not possible to release it in the market until the results of the ongoing trial are available. If the trial results are positive, it may take at least six months for the drug to reach the market by increasing the speed of production. It is hoped that this vaccine will be available in the market by the end of 2020.
